Paul DiBiase
CEO
As CEO, Paul is dedicated to delivering high quality homes and communities that fit with today’s active lifestyles. With over 45 years of experience, Paul utilizes his skills and knowledge of building in leading all aspects of the business operations. In keeping with the company’s hands-on philosophy, his team oversees and delivers each and every home. His sincere desire for creating seamless residential experiences and delivering high quality homes has solidified his reputation as one of the top real estate developers in Greater Boston.
After graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Paul joined the family business under the guidance of his father, Ugo DiBiase. Since its inception, Paul and his father have built over 2,500 homes, townhouses, condominiums and apartments throughout Massachusetts and Florida. Paul strives to maintain the legacy that his father started many decades ago with the hope of continuing this exceptional family-owned-and-operated business.
Paul is a long-time resident of Lynnfield, MA.
Ugo DiBiase
Director, Investment & Finance
Ugo DiBiase leads DiBiase Companies’ investment, finance, and capital markets platform, driving the firm’s acquisition strategy, capitalization, and execution of complex real estate developments throughout Greater Boston and New England. He plays a key leadership role in shaping the company’s growth strategy and oversees many of its most significant investment and financing initiatives.
He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, capitalizing, and executing multifamily, mixed-use, condominium, commercial, and residential developments. Ugo leads the firm’s debt and equity capital markets activities, institutional investor and lender relationships, joint ventures, financial strategy, and transaction execution, while guiding projects from acquisition and permitting through construction, stabilization, and disposition.
Ugo graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, with a double major in Economics and Engineering. He is a CFA charterholder and an alumnus of Belmont Hill School.
An active leader in the industry, Ugo serves as a Board Director of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston, a State Director of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Massachusetts, a member of the National Association of Home Builders Housing Finance Committee and Leadership Council, and a member of the Corporation of Belmont Hill School.
His professional accomplishments have been recognized with several industry honors, including Connect CRE’s Boston & New England Next Generation Award (2026), Pro Builder’s Young Guns & Legends 40 Under 40 (2025), and the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston’s Builder Member of the Year (2022).
Ugo resides in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, with his wife, Tory, and their four children.
Diandra DiBiase
Senior Development Manager
Diandra is responsible for the execution of development operations, specifically architectural and design decisions, horizontal and vertical construction, and delivery to clients. In addition, Diandra oversees both the exterior and interior design, coordinating with industry peers to ensure all developments are up to DiBiase Companies’ highest standards.
Diandra graduated Cum Laude from Fairfield University in 2013 with a dual degree in Marketing and Business Management. She is an active member of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston.
Diandra resides in Harvard, MA with her husband and two children.
Chanelle DiBiase
Development Manager
Chanelle is involved in all stages of real estate development including strategic planning, architectural design, field operations and client relations. She enjoys collaborating with clients to envision, design, and create their future home. With her great attention to detail, Chanelle ensures that all residences are delivered according to DiBiase Companies’ highest standards.
Chanelle graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a dual degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management.
Chanelle resides in Lynnfield, MA with her husband and two children.
