Paul Dibiase
CEO
As CEO, Paul is dedicated to delivering high quality homes and communities that fit with today’s active lifestyles. With over 45 years of experience, Paul utilizes his skills and knowledge of building in leading all aspects of the business operations. In keeping with the company’s hands-on philosophy, his team oversees and delivers each and every home. His sincere desire for creating seamless residential experiences and delivering high quality homes has solidified his reputation as one of the top real estate developers in Greater Boston.
After graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Paul joined the family business under the guidance of his father, Ugo DiBiase. Since its inception, Paul and his father have built over 2,500 homes, townhouses, condominiums and apartments throughout Massachusetts and Florida. Paul strives to maintain the legacy that his father started many decades ago with the hope of continuing this exceptional family-owned-and-operated business.
Paul is a long-time resident of Lynnfield, MA.
Ugo Dibiase
Director, Investment & Finance
Ugo directs the firm’s investment and acquisition activities. In this role, he reviews opportunities for new investment, including both existing and ground up real estate developments, and assists with complex land use permitting matters. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating opportunities across all property types in both the urban and suburban Greater Boston market.
Ugo oversees company-wide financing activities including accounting and financial reporting and is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s real estate capital markets transactions including all acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and joint ventures.
A 2013 graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT, Ugo holds a double major in Economics and Engineering. He is an alumnus of the Belmont Hill School and is a CFA charter holder. Ugo is an active member of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston, Northeast Builders & Remodelers Association of Massachusetts, and Real Estate Finance Association.
Ugo resides in Boston, MA with his wife and son.
Diandra Dibiase
Senior Development Manager
Diandra is responsible for the execution of development operations, specifically architectural and design decisions, horizontal and vertical construction, and delivery to clients. In addition, Diandra oversees both the exterior and interior design, coordinating with industry peers to ensure all developments are up to DiBiase Companies’ highest standards.
Diandra graduated Cum Laude from Fairfield University in 2013 with a dual degree in Marketing and Business Management. She is an active member of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston.
Diandra resides in Harvard, MA with her husband and two children.
Chanelle Dibiase
Development Manager
Chanelle is involved in all stages of real estate development including strategic planning, architectural design, field operations and client relations. She enjoys collaborating with clients to envision, design, and create their future home. With her great attention to detail, Chanelle ensures that all residences are delivered according to DiBiase Companies’ highest standards.
Chanelle graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a dual degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management.
Chanelle resides in Lynnfield, MA with her husband and two children.
